The solution consists of sharing a pool of highly trained agents (maximum 5 different services per agent), each capable of providing the highest quality service.

In our Shared Service, you will only pay for calls that are handled. Alternatively, you can benefit from pricing based on call packs, which will allow you to adapt the activity to your volume and seasonality.
